I own the half of the school's lot which is 240sqm. (The total lot area of the school is 480sqm. The other half of it is owned by my aunt). I'm selling my part since I cannot afford to apply for its title since. I am selling the lot where the school is situated and not the school itself. It is not titled yet but I have the complete and legal papers that I have the Right to Own the property.
The school is still operating. The school administration doesn't have enough funds to buy the said property.
