In essence what she envisioned was to create ?a haven that is more than just a roof above one?s head but a home that is an extension of the owner?s personality.?
Hannah utilized natural elements in presenting the Woodsville Residences model house as an ideal home set-up in the city. Earth colors were used in both the interior and exterior of the unit, a design preference which works well in natural lighting ? casting a calming glow to key areas of the whole house.
Furthermore, the color palette used to design the unit was also considered in choosing other elements, all of which are centered in depicting a home as a naturally calming and nurturing place. Every room was also decked out as simple, soothing and fun ? a backdrop for everyday life which the designer believes is essential in the creation of a haven for the family.
?Units in Woodsville Residences are well-equipped to express beauty in the simplest things, a nurturing abode with spaces that uplift personal and familial activities that are meant to bring an overall consciousness of the pleasures of daily living in one's own place,? Faustino said.
The design concept is also extended to other features of the community ? with choice amenities and features that encourage spending time in the outdoors with family and friends, and building opportunities to foster relationships. Available areas are the Clubhouse with various function rooms for social gatherings, an outdoor children?s play area, adult and kiddie pools for the favorite pastime activity, and a gym for the health conscious.
Woodsville Residences also offers the convenience of living in the city, with various lifestyle hubs and strips located in close proximity to the community. The modern and stylish architecture of the whole development reflects the stature of the good life, and residents of discerning taste.
