Robinsons Communities, the middle market residential condominium unit of Robinsons Land Corporation, has almost sold out the first three towers of Escalades at 20th Avenue in Cubao ? raising about P560 million in sales so far.
In an interview, Robinsons Communites vice president for sales and marketing Rouen Abel Raz said the brisk sale iof units in the first three of the six tower development has prompter the firm to slate the launch of the first tower before the end June.
Each of the six towers have 11 storeys consisting of a mix of 120 studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units. Raz said only 50 units remain unsold from the inventory of 360 units made available in the three towers.
Delivery for the first of the three towers under construction is scheduled for next year. Turn over for Tower 1 Is in August 2011 and Tower 3 will be turned over by November next year.
RLC's Escalades at 20th Ave are turned over in ready-to-receive condition. The option allows buyers to have the freedom to choose the type of finishing and interior decoration they want and decide whether to be extravagant ? or not.
The units are divided into studio (22 sqm), one-bedroom (32 sqm) and two- bedroom (50 sqm) configurations, ranging in price from P1.3 million to P2.5 million. Those who opt for two-bedroom units have the added perk of a balcony.
Due to the success of Escalades at 20th Avenue, RLC has offered those in the southern portion of Metro Manila to experience the same benefits and amenities.
Raz said they are also offering homes at RLC's Escalades expansion community: Escalades South Metro which will have a total of eight towers of 12 storeys per tower.
The project was launched last month.
