The Maagang Pabahay, Disenteng Buhay Program was created by the Pag-IBIG Fund in order to provide people who are looking for affordable houses for sale with acquired assets. These are the documents that you need in order to qualify for the program:
1. Housing loan application and recent ID pictures
2. Proof of income
a. Locally employed members can submit any of the following: a notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation (Pag-IBIG format), a notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation (Employer’s format), along with the latest monthly payslip; or an Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of Tax Withheld, along with the latest monthly payslip.
b. Self-employed members can provide and ITR and Audited Financial Statements and an official receipt for tax payment from the bank, your DTI registration or a Mayor’s Permit.
c. Pag-IBIG Overseas Program or POP members can submit an employment contract or an employer’s certificate of income (documents in other language should have English translation), or any other valid proof of income.
3. Contract-to-Sell (CTS) or any similar agreement between the seller and the buyer
4. Insurance coverage
a. Members who are up to 60 years old and availing of loans between P2.0 M and P3.0 M must present a Health Statement Form (Medical Questionnaire)
b. If the member is over 60 years old, he must present a Health Statement Form (Medical Questionnaire), as well as a Full Medical Exam
c. A POP member above 60 years old should submit a Health Statement Form (Medical Questionnaire)
5. For POP members: a Special Power of Attorney that has been notarized before the member’s date of departure, or that has been certified and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate where he is staying.
(Members can get a copy of the Health Statement Form from the Pag-IBIG website, any Pag-IBIG regional office or at the Servicing Department of 409 JELP Business Solutions Bldg., Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.)
