“We are planning to put up more or less 120 resort units, and the construction cost of those units will be anywhere between P300 to 400 million, and that will be done over a 24-month period,” Santiago R. Elizalde, Roxaco Land senior vice-president, told reporters Sunday.
“More than half of the land here already has been set aside for the resort development, which will start construction sometime in the first quarter of next year,” he added.
