Hi, I am a direct owner of this Corner Studio Unit in Mckinley Hill Fort. I am looking for an interested buyer to get it at the cheapest rate possible. Below are the details:
Morgan Suites Tower 3 Studio Unit (corner unit)
- located at Mckinley Hill in Fort Taguig City
- due for turnover anytime between June to Dec 2013
- Unit 16 H (corner unit)
- 23sqm
- we are willing to sell at pre-selling price (2,051,000). This includes:
- payment to buyer and
- assumed balance to Megaworld
We originally bought the unit at pre-selling price (2,051,000) a week after it was launched (that was 3 years ago!) so we actually got the lowest price possible. We had planned for it to be our investment and indeed now, the price ranges between 2.3-2.5M. The unit is on the 16th floor unit H (which is a corner unit too!) We're just planning to sell now because I badly want to study abroad and so we're willing to sell it at contract price (so it would be as if the buyer is getting it at pre-selling price for a building for release this year). However, since earliest time the condo finishes would be in June, the actual unit can only be viewed upon turnover. However, there are a lot of photos you can find online.
With regards to the payment terms, the remaining balance is roughly Php41k per month and you only have to pay until Jan 2014. (so you can just assume that balance and you can opt to pay monthly so you don't have to cash out a lot of money). Current prices of reopened units range from 2.4M to 2.6M so you already actually earned from it having been able to get it at pre-selling price!
McKinley Hill is the newest development project of Megaworld Corporation. This prime location includes residential areas, commercial complex, international schools, and offices for BPOs and other global firms. It is located in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City so it is definitely a great investment! No doubt, once the Venice Piazza mall is completed, condo prices will shoot up again.
