Our Rates is per day meaning 24hours, per head:
PHP300 per head
We accept minimum of 4 people only and maximum of 10 but if your willing to lay your own mattress on the floor then we are willing to accomodate you.

>Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
>Each rooms has two bedrooms that can accomodate 2 maximum of 3 person.
>Please note that we don't have a Garage yet but we are just beside the road and you can park your car in-front of the house or near the Eco-zone which have street light and 24 hour Police Patrol Car and Barangay Kagawad and Tanods that is patroling around.
>Prices are flexible and negotiable especially during lean season
>To guarantee reservation, advance payment is required of PHP300 and will be put to your account as an additional payment upon the time of check-in.
>Check in time: 2:00 PM; Check out time: 3PM Afternoon (This is strictly applied during peak seasons and holidays)
>Early check-in is also accommodated.
>We do pay first before check-in policy.
>Excess hour rate is 100 per hour during lean season.
