Dubbed Monte Carlo, the 21-storey condominium will soon break ground at the planned Sta. Lucia Center, right behind the existing Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, in what used to be the mall’s open parking lot, a statement read.
The development will be composed of 258 units with 28-square-meter (sq. m.) studios, one-bedroom units (43 sq. m.), two-bedroom units (56 sq. m.), and garden studio unit(56 sq. m.) that are packaged in a way that is said to be less dense than other rising condominiums.
Monte Carlo and the company’s four other residential towers will form part of the Sta. Lucia Residenze complex, a Mediterranean-inspired master-planned community that is expected to provide a convenient alternative to the conventional house-and-lot set up for families and individuals alike.
