“Expatriate population is still growing as there has been no let up in the entry and expansion of outsourcing and off shoring companies,” CBRE Philippines said in its first-quarter report released this week.
“The expansion of multinational companies due to the favorable macroeconomic situation is likewise contributing to the inflow of expatriates,” it added.
As a result, occupancy rates for Grade A offices in major business districts stood at 96% on average for January to March, CBRE said.
