Monthly rate posted is inclusive of monthly dues, BUT EXCLUSIVE of
electric, water and other utilities
- 1 month advance and 1 month deposit for LONG-TERM rent

- Php 1,800.00/NIGHT MINIMUM OR 3 NIGHTS (1 night deposit**, payable on arrival)
- 8% discount MINIMUM of 7 NIGHTS (3 nights deposit**, payable on
arrival)
- 10% discount MINIMUM of 16 days - 28 days (5 nights deposit**,
payable on arrival)
NOTES:
* SHORT-TERM rate is applicable only for 28 days rent duration or
less.
** deposit is refundable at last day of rental if no damage to the
property is incurred
*** For long-term rental, local resident must present the
following:
- NBI clearance
- 2 Government Issued ID's
- 3-month pay slip OR bank statement
- 2 references with contact details
- completed rental application form
